Tag list

This page shows all tags available in the workspace.

Why use tags?

Tags add an extra filtering and grouping layer on top of categories. They are useful when you want a finer breakdown inside the same category.

Main elements

New tag button

Opens the form for creating a new tag.

Tag table

Shows the name, colour, usage count, and available actions.

Edit and delete

Each row lets you maintain a tag directly. Tags that are still in use (assigned to at least one transaction) cannot be deleted until you remove them from those transactions first.

Typical use cases

  • separating projects
  • distinguishing family and business items
  • marking reimbursable expenses

Statistics

The tag list page includes a Statistics tab showing how much was spent or earned per tag within a selected period.
